Do I have to use special primer before painting with flat paint? - zinsser primer
Zinsser 123 Primer, and now I want to get away with a lump sum of Behr paint the interior color and only the tooth enamel! It's bacon and lard. It's terrible! What should I do?

It seems that the beginning of the war-oil-based paint is latex. If you do not get as oil-based paint or restart with a flat latex
Zinsser 123 is a latex primer, but even if you can not paint a latex paint on oil when the oil is completely dry.
First, the simple things. Have you completely removed before the paint? Have you bought the Behr used or unopened, but the old ones? Do you have something or floetrol on the painting, including the fight against mold?
Stir the paint well, you do not use the old paint and you can have a lot of something and added diluted out.
If none of these things are true, then no offense, but I would say it is user error. I would fall, because it attempts to apply the paint so thick that not bacon. You really can not put a coat. It is better to two layers thick and a layer. The streaky only shows that the need for another layer of paint. The drops are too heavy, as it happens.
