Pregnant Pilates Can You Do Regular Pilates Or Yoga While Pregnant?

Can you do regular pilates or yoga while pregnant? - pregnant pilates

I am almost 20 weeks pregnant, and today I have my energy back and want to do some yoga, Pilates and DVDs. Who knows if I am to the prenatal or regular DVD can do, if I do the simple version of the move to? Here and DVDs, but I do not know if I should go for antenatal care, only what they find very expensive and hard to find.

Thank you:)

There are many videos on YouTube of pregnancy professional yoga teacher. They are short, but have the idea that you feel comfortable and you like it. You can during pregnancy, yoga, prenatal yoga search, exercises during pregnancy, and so on. In addition, walking and swimming are excellent if you are pregnant. For my first who was able to walk and light exercise, etc. In addition, I can not work hard. However, walking and swimming and now I know and I feel good. Hope this helps. Good luck!

No, these are regular pilates and yoga for pregnant women is not recommended. People tend to find that they in any case abdomenal muscles hurt. If you feel fit enough to do more than the daily walk, to go to a pregnancy yoga class with a qualified instructor. At a time like ours, who really wants a professional in order to watch an eye on you.
