I realized a week ago that my dog had a white spot on his nose, but I do not think anything about it. Now grown up and is pink. It is a ... I do not know what it is .. Please help

This could be a sunburn or a button. Or, perhaps more serious as cancer. I recommend that you take your dog to the vet to ensure prevention is better than cure.
